As DIC approaches its hundredth anniversary, it is launching a new articulation of its fundamental management philosophy, entitled THE DIC WAY. In line with the celebration of this hundredth anniversary, DIC is also changing its company name and brand design. In what is quite literally a “second founding” for DIC and the entire DIC Group, DIC and the entire DIC Group will strive to continue the history of the past one hundred years while pursuing our corporate mission through the 21^st century.
